TRN Baiji

Inspired by the baiji, the Yangtze River dolphin, TRN Baiji brings nature's character to a modern IEM. Its graceful design pairs a wood-dome diaphragm with a warm acoustic character. Careful driver and chamber tuning keeps that warmth clear and controlled, creating an inviting space to enjoy the music.

The diaphragm dome in the TRN Baiji is formed from an ultrathin slice of carefully selected wood. Precision treatment and forming preserve its natural fiber structure while improving stability and rigidity. Wood’s porous fibers provide internal damping, helping unwanted vibrations fade quickly. This gives notes a clean finish and helps keep treble smooth and details focused. The result is a warm, natural sound that remains clear even during longer listening sessions.

TRN Baiji’s 10mm dynamic driver uses a dual-magnet circuit for stronger, more controlled diaphragm movement. Together with the wood dome and redesigned chamber, it responds quickly and settles cleanly after each note. The driver delivers bass depth and lively dynamics while keeping vocals, instruments, and spatial details distinct.

Our engineers refined the TRN Baiji acoustic chamber using acoustic simulation and multiple 3D-printed prototypes, adjusting its shape and volume to complement the wood diaphragm. The optimized structure guides airflow and helps reduce standing waves and unwanted resonance. Bass, mids, and treble connect more smoothly, while subtle musical details remain easier to hear.

The wood-dome diaphragm in the TRN Baiji has a naturally warm, relaxed character. To keep the bass from becoming too heavy or the treble from losing definition, our engineers refined the frequency response across the spectrum.

After multiple rounds of tuning, TRN Baiji delivers smooth transitions between bass, mids, and treble, with balanced detail and low distortion even during dynamic passages.

TRN Baiji features a high-density zinc alloy housing with precision CNC finishing. Its rigid construction helps reduce shell vibration and unwanted resonance, limiting the coloration that can mask fine details. The result is a durable housing and a cleaner backdrop for your music.

The cable included with TRN Baiji combines high-purity oxygen-free copper and silver-plated conductors in a braided design for reliable signal transmission. Detachable 0.78 mm 2-pin connectors make it easy to replace the cable or use compatible accessories. The interchangeable plugs use a screw-lock connection for a secure fit. Available plug options include 3.5 mm, 4.4 mm, and USB-C, depending on the version.

The preformed ear hooks follow the natural curve of your ears and distribute pressure around them, rather than relying on the ear canals alone for support. This helps TRN Baiji remain comfortable during long listening sessions and stay securely in place when you turn your head or walk.

TRN Baiji includes a detachable hybrid cable and six pairs of ear tips: three pairs of T-Tips (S/M/L) and three pairs of balanced ear tips (S/M/L). Choose the plug version that fits your devices and listening setup.
